Order
You have looked around and found a product you would like to order? That makes us very happy! All you have to do is log in with your personal account or as a guest and you can send your order. Unfortunately, ordering by phone is not possible.
Customer account
You don't have an account yet? You can set up an account quickly and easily. All we need is some information about your address and your e-mail address. To do this, go to My Account.
If you have already placed products in your shopping cart, you only need to go to the checkout and register there.
Confirmation email
As soon as you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us within a few minutes. If you do not receive a confirmation mail after a longer period of time, please check the contents of your spam folder first. If there is no email from us there either, please contact our customer service and we will take care of it immediately.
Checking your details
To make sure that your details are correct and that you have ordered the right products, you can log in to your account and view all the details in the order summary. Or you can look at your confirmation email, where you will also find everything you need to know about your order.
Cancellation
You have chosen the wrong size? No problem, just email us or call our customer service directly after placing your order. We will cancel your order, and you can simply place a new order. If you notice the mistake later, and we have already shipped your order, we cannot cancel your order. In this case, you can send the delivery back to us free of charge, and we will return your item.
Change of delivery address
Did you make a mistake with the delivery address? The best thing to do is to contact our customer service directly, and we will make the change. If we have already sent your order, we can unfortunately no longer change your address.
