Your smile when you open your package is our greatest concern. We want your jewellery to make you happy every day.
For this reason, we always offer free return shipping. So if you're not completely satisfied with your order, you won't have to pay anything new.
You have up to 30 days after receipt of the goods to return your order to us. If a product is faulty in any way, you can of course return it to us after this period.
Please always use our DHL returns portal for returns. There you can fill out your return form in just a few steps, download it free of charge and print it out, or alternatively use the QR code. Even if you have ordered from us as a guest, you can download your returns label via the returns portal.
On the delivery note, you can state the reason for your return so that we know what we can do better next time. Please use the original packaging for delicate jewellery so that it arrives undamaged. Then simply drop the package off at your nearest DHL branch or Packstation. After a few working days, we will receive your return and send you a confirmation of receipt.
